All plates thumb-indexed. Gewrman language scholarly textbook with numerous coloured superimposed plates, called in german language Zerlegbare Bilder, illustrating in minute detail female and male anatomy. It includes illustrations of external female and male sexual organs, generally suppressed in earlier publications in the field. A rarity in very good condition (French language title in ms. in ink at top margin of front cover).
